Pramila Karumbaiah is a visionary leader in early childhood education, recognized for her innovative approach to teaching and curriculum design. She is the founder of Sumukha Education Trust and co-founder of Purple Buds Kindergarten, which she established with her co founder Ms Roopanjali M B in 2012. Currently, Pramila leads the Agara Gym Road branch, overseeing its growth and impact.

With over a decade of experience, Pramila specializes in multi-sensory learning techniques, pre-primary teacher training, and curriculum development. Her commitment to child-centric education has transformed preschool learning, making it more engaging and effective.

Pramila's dedication to education has earned her several prestigious accolades, including: South Indian Women Achiever Award 2024 (Outstanding Entrepreneur) , Award by She Splash, Rising Star Award, Top 100 Leader Awards, and several others.
